Hashimoto Engineering Co., Ltd. is a metal processing company based in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, established in 1968. With approximately 70 employees, we have primarily been involved in the manufacturing of prototype parts, jigs, and molds for transportation equipment. We have also established a local subsidiary in Indonesia, where about 130 staff members are employed. Our company specializes in "parts manufacturing," including resin processing, metal processing, casting, 3D printing, and surface treatment. We accept orders for parts starting from design to surface treatment, even for single pieces. Additionally, after completing mass production design, we prototype all component parts and housing parts, incorporating internal circuit boards, mechanical parts, and electrical components. We also conduct parts manufacturing for technical study prototype models to verify productivity and safety before mass production, referred to as "pre-production."
